Today I’m sharing a quick ab routine you can do anywhere. Honestly, I’m not a fan of crunches because I don’t think they’re effective. You’re limited in range of motion and oftentimes absentmindedly do the movement. When doing core exercises you have to mindfully engage the muscle to get the most out of the movement.
The ab routine below includes my favorite ab movements that effectively and efficiently work your core. While core work is great, remember that body composition changes will always come from diet. I know, I know, this sucks! I’m here to tell you that I’m right there with you. I’ve actually been struggling with clean eating since the holidays. The good news is that even if your diet isn’t in check, these moves will help strengthen your core, which is super important. A weak core can lead to many imbalances and body aches.
